Richard J. Panicco, D.O.

Dr. Panicco earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Dayton, Dayton, Ohio and his Medical Degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.  He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Mercy Catholic Medical Center in Philadelphia and his Fellowship in Gastroenterology at Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh, PA.  Dr. Panicco has been in practice with Southwest Gastroenterology since 1978.

Dr. Panicco is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology.  He is a member of American Osteopathic Association, American College of Gastroenterology, and the Pennsylvania Medical Society.

Dr. Panicco is an active staff member at Washington Hospital and St. Clair Hospital.

Philip Joson, M.D.

Dr. Joson earned his undergraduate degree from Swarthmore College and his  medical degree from Hahnemann University in Philadelphia.  He completed residency in Internal Medicine at Cleveland Clinic, Cleveland, Ohio and his Fellowship in Gastroenterology at Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh, PA.  Dr. Joson has been in practice with Southwest Gastroenterology since 1992.

Dr. Joson is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology.  He is a member of the Pennsylvania Society of Gastroenterology, American Medical Association, American College of Physicians and the Pennsylvania Medical Society.

Dr. Joson is an active staff member at Washington Hospital and St. Clair Hospital.

Richard J. Kenney D.O.

Dr. Kenney is a Baldwin, PA native and a Cum Laude graduate of Washington and Jefferson College, Washington, Pa. He earned his Medical degree from Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine, Chicago, IL., followed by an internal medicine program at Lehigh Valley Hospital in Allentown, PA. His Gastroenterology training was at the University of Illinois Hospital Medical Center, Chicago, IL. After 9 years of private practice experience at the Beaver Medical Center, he joined Southwest Gastroenterology in December 2010.

Dr. Kenney is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology. He is a member of American Osteopathic Association, American College of Gastroenterology, and the Pennsylvania Medical Society.

Dr. Kenney is an active staff member at Washington Hospital and St. Clair Hospital.

Jennifer A. Totten M.D.

Dr. Totten is a native of Upper St. Clair and a magna Cum Laude graduate of the University of Notre Dame. She earned her medical degree at the University of Rochester School of Medicine in New York. Her internal medicine residency was at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center and included a special focus on women's health issues in their Woman's Health Track. She completed her Gastroenterology Fellowship Program at Allegheny General Hospital in 2011. Dr. Totten joined our staff in September 2011.

Dr. Totten is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology. She is a member of Pennsylvania Medical Society.
